Welcome to a unique private coaching program that fuses health and resilience coaching with yoga therapy and the neuroscience of sustainable behavior change.

To be our best selves and do our best work in a world that has our central nervous system completely out of wack we need to create new neuropathways of peace, joy, and ease. We also need to learn how to leverage our vagus nerve and tap into our parasympathetic nervous systems to be our calmest, wisest selves.

This unique coaching system starts with assessing where you are now and using yoga, breath, present moment awareness, diet, sleep, movement, joy, and other modalities to re-wire your brain from being a stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, unhealthy one to one that is healthy, happy and able to respond to adversities with grace and ease.

The coaching program consists of 6 sessions spaced initially one week apart and then gradually moving to biweekly. Between the sessions, participants implement their resilience-enhancing practice daily, regardless of how small the practice is.

The goal is to create new habits and ways of being to ultimately become a new person – one who is

Resilient, Happy, Healthy, and Whole.
